Control
ANGLER works within rules you define. Everything that matters (money, customers, outbound messages) requires your approval until you say otherwise.
ANGLER lives on your hardware. Your data only goes to your own systems and the AI model that powers it. Nothing is stored on KeelPoint's side.
Only performs actions defined in a written rulebook. Nothing happens outside those boundaries.
Anything touching money or customers (sending invoices, emailing dealers) requires your approval until you decide otherwise.
Scott has secure remote access through a private encrypted network. In-person support when you want it.
The rulebook is yours. You can expand or restrict what ANGLER does at any time.
A note on Ordoro: Ordoro API access requires Premium plan or above. Since your account is managed through a partner, we'll need a quick sign-off from them to connect. That's a one-time conversation. And honestly, once they see what this does, they may want one too.
Process
Three steps. You supply the computer. Scott handles everything else.
Step 01
You supply a dedicated machine for ANGLER only. Scott recommends the right model. It runs separately from your personal devices, behind your firewall. Your data only goes to your own systems and the AI model that powers it. Nothing is stored on KeelPoint's side.
Step 02
Full setup and integration: Miva, QuickBooks, Ordoro, Google Workspace. Scott connects your systems, writes the rulebook, builds your daily reports, tests everything, and walks you through it. Setup time: 1 to 2 weeks.
Step 03
Monthly check-ins, tuning, and new capabilities as your needs grow. Remote access through a private encrypted network, plus in-person help when you want it. ANGLER gets better over time.

Miva API token. Glendale can provide this. One call to them and it's done.
Ordoro partner sign-off and plan confirmation. Must be Premium or above for API access. One conversation with your partner to get this cleared.
A dedicated Mac Mini for ANGLER. Scott will confirm the exact model and specs. Available directly from Apple at apple.com/mac-mini or an Apple Store. Typically $599 to $799 depending on configuration. Mike supplies the hardware. Scott handles everything else.
